Travel Camera LLC ("we," "us," or "our") built the Travel Camera app as a privacy-first application. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: the app does not require an account, and we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers.

Travel Camera does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifier through the app. We do not operate user profiles, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

2. Device Permissions We Use

To provide its core features, the app may ask your permission to access the following. This information is processed entirely on your device and is never uploaded to us or shared with third parties:

• Camera & Photo Library: So you can capture or select photos to pin on your personal globe. Your photos remain on your device.
• Location & Photo EXIF Data: Used to place your photos at their correct coordinates on the 3D globe. This is read on-device only and is not collected by us.

You can grant or revoke any of these permissions at any time in your device's Settings.

3. Data Storage and Your Control

All content you create in the app — your photos and their map pins — is stored locally on your device. You remain in full control of this data. To delete it, you can remove individual items within the app or uninstall the app, which permanently removes all associated data from your device.

4. Third-Party Content

The app's global explore view may display publicly available live webcam and video streams provided by third parties (for example, YouTube). We do not control this content, and your use of it is subject to the applicable third party's terms and privacy practices.

5. No Selling or Sharing of Data

Because we do not collect personal data, we have no personal data to sell, rent, or share. The app does not use third-party analytics or advertising software that collects personal information.

6. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not collect personal data, it can be used without disclosing any personal information.

7. Security

Because your content stays on your device, its security is governed by your device's own protections, such as your passcode and device encryption. We encourage you to keep your device's operating system up to date.
